No Win, No Fee: Our Contingency Promise
We understand how overwhelming things can feel after an accident. At Hillstone Law you will not pay any upfront legal fees. You only pay us if we win your case through a settlement or court judgment.
If your case does not result in any recovery you will not owe attorney’s fees under our arrangement. We believe everyone should have access to quality legal representation without financial risk from the start.
What Case Related Costs Might Come Up
Some cases require additional costs beyond attorney fees such as:
- Gathering medical records
- Filing fees in court
- Hiring expert witnesses
- Conducting depositions and investigations
Usually we cover these expenses initially and only recover them if we succeed in your case. If there is no financial recovery you normally will not be required to repay these costs depending on the terms we agree on.
How We Work to Lower Your Risk
We cannot guarantee results but we take real steps to reduce the risk of an unfavorable outcome:
- We evaluate every case carefully before taking it to make sure it has strong merit
- We prepare your case aggressively from day one gathering evidence, consulting experts, building persuasion and strategy
- We keep you informed throughout the process so you understand what is happening and why we are making certain decisions
- We negotiate hard for fair compensation but also prepare for trial if that becomes necessary
Continued Support Even If Things Do Not Go the Way We Want
Even in cases that do not lead to financial recovery our commitment remains to you. You will be treated with respect, heard, supported, and given honest guidance on what your next options are. Your well being is our priority at every stage.
Our Commitment to You
If you are considering legal action after injury we want you to know that choosing Hillstone Law means you assume no upfront financial risk. We will stand by you, work hard, protect your rights, and do everything we reasonably can to try to secure a positive result.
