A traffic collision was reported on eastbound State Route 134 just west of Forest Lawn Drive on Nov. 4, 2026, at about 3:01 p.m. An ambulance was listed as en route, although the dispatch did not provide an injury assessment.
The incident location was on the eastbound side of the freeway near the Forest Lawn Drive area. CHP identified the event as a traffic collision but did not provide the number or descriptions of the vehicles involved.
A later CHP update at about 3:57 p.m. reported that the driver of one involved vehicle was engaged in a verbal altercation with a tow driver. The dispatch did not indicate whether the dispute affected traffic or resulted in any arrests.
CHP requested a response to the eastbound freeway near the Victory offramp. The available dispatch information did not provide additional details about the collision, the ambulance response or the final condition of the vehicles.
