The incident was reported at approximately 5:11 a.m. near the location identified by the California Highway Patrol as being in front of a property on the roadway.
CHP classified the incident as a hit-and-run collision involving no injuries. The dispatch information did not identify the vehicles involved or provide a description of the circumstances surrounding the crash.
