A traffic collision involving two vehicles was reported Friday afternoon on eastbound State Route 237 just west of the Mathilda Avenue off-ramp. The California Highway Patrol listed the injuries as unknown when the incident was reported at 3:57 p.m. on September 18, 2026.
The crash location was on the eastbound side of the highway near Mathilda Avenue. The dispatch description placed the incident just west of the off-ramp.
By 3:59 p.m., CHP reported that both vehicles had moved to the right-hand shoulder. The update indicates the vehicles were no longer positioned in the main eastbound lanes.
