A minor-injury collision was reported on Canada Larga Road near Highway 33 in the Ventura area on September 13, 2026. The incident was reported at about 1:59 p.m., according to California Highway Patrol dispatch information.
A vehicle left the roadway and went down into a creek. CHP identified the location as Canada Larga Road near Highway 33, but the dispatch information did not provide additional details about the vehicle or the circumstances of the collision.
A later CHP update reported that a small amount of radiator fluid leaked from the vehicle. The release was not classified as a hazardous-materials incident.
Fire personnel contained the leak, and CHP reported that the fluid did not reach the creek water. The dispatch information classified the collision as involving minor injuries.
