Four vehicles were involved in a traffic collision near Lomitas Avenue and South Third Avenue in California on the night of September 2, 2026. The California Highway Patrol classified the incident as a collision with no reported injuries.
The crash was reported at approximately 9:48 p.m. at the Lomitas Avenue intersection area, identified in the dispatch as just east of South Third Avenue. The incident was handled within the CHP’s Baldwin Park area.
A later CHP update at approximately 10:22 p.m. stated that the four vehicles were not blocking traffic. The dispatch did not identify the vehicles or provide additional details about the circumstances of the collision.
No injuries, lane closures, vehicle damage descriptions, or towing activity were reported in the available CHP information. The final dispatch update continued to list the vehicles as non-blocking.
