A traffic collision was reported at about 3:43 p.m. Aug. 28 on Balboa Avenue near a car wash. CHP dispatch information indicated that an ambulance was en route to the scene.
The incident location was identified as 7350 Balboa Avenue, in front of the car wash. The dispatch did not provide information about reported injuries or the circumstances that led to the collision.
A CHP update one minute later stated that four vehicles had been pulled over in front of the business. The vehicles were positioned off the main travel area, according to the dispatch entry.
