A hit-and-run incident involving two semitrailer trucks was reported at about 3:51 p.m. Aug. 28 on westbound Interstate 210 near Irwindale Avenue in the Baldwin Park area. The California Highway Patrol classified the incident as a hit-and-run with no injuries reported.
The location was identified as westbound I-210 west of Irwindale Avenue. The dispatch information did not indicate that anyone was injured or provide additional details about the vehicles involved.
By 3:58 p.m., both semitrailers had stopped on the right shoulder near Exit 32. CHP noted that the vehicles were stopped there for an exchange of information.
The available dispatch record did not identify the vehicle that allegedly left the scene or describe any traffic-lane closures. The incident remained documented along the westbound freeway shoulder near the Irwindale Avenue area.
