The location was identified near the northbound State Route 133 junction with State Route 73. Dispatch information indicated that the collision occurred on southbound State Route 73 traffic transitioning to northbound State Route 133.
CHP received the collision update at about 2:58 p.m. The available dispatch information did not identify the vehicles involved or provide a description of the driver who left the scene.
