The location was listed near 15458 Proctor Avenue, at the point identified by CHP as Valley and Seventh. The dispatch information did not provide descriptions of the vehicles involved or indicate that anyone required medical treatment.
The incident was handled within the CHP’s Baldwin Park area. A later dispatch update, recorded at 3:59 p.m., referenced Industry LASO in connection with the response.
