A traffic collision was reported Aug. 22 on E Bobs Gap Road in the Antelope Valley area of California. The incident was logged at 4:06 p.m., with the California Highway Patrol listing the status of injuries as unknown.
The dispatch placed the collision along E Bobs Gap Road, within the roadway segment identified by CHP as the incident location. No vehicle descriptions, travel directions or information about the number of vehicles involved was included in the available report.
A CHP update issued at 4:35 p.m. stated that all units were unavailable at the time and that the first available unit would respond. The dispatch did not identify a specific responding unit or provide an estimated arrival time.
The available CHP information also did not document lane closures, roadway blockage, ambulance involvement, fire department assistance or towing activity. The report contained no confirmed injury information beyond the initial classification that injuries were unknown.
