The dispatch location was listed on Kem Lane, while a later update placed the vehicle-versus-electrical-box incident near another section of the roadway. The report was handled through CHP’s North Sacramento area.
At about 5:03 p.m., CHP relayed information from a sheriff’s deputy indicating that assistance was needed for the vehicle and electrical box incident. The dispatch update did not identify the vehicle or provide details about the extent of any property damage.
