Redlands, CA (February 25, 2026) – Four people were injured early Sunday, February 22, after a driver crashed into a crowd outside a bar on Citrus Ave in Redlands.. Emergency units responded around 1:30 a.m. to the area near a popular bar where a disturbance had been reported. Witnesses said an altercation began inside the venue and later continued outside on the street.. According to reports, one person involved left the area in a 2022 Tesla but returned shortly after, traveling east on Citrus Ave. The vehicle then drove into a group of people gathered outside before striking a curb and coming to a stop.. Moments after the crash, multiple gunshots were heard, causing people in the area to scatter. The driver fled the scene westbound on Citrus Ave before emergency units arrived. A fluid trail from the damaged vehicle was visible along the roadway.. Four individuals were taken to a local hospital with serious injuries. As of the following day, all remained hospitalized. The identities of those involved have not been released.. Authorities continue to investigate the incident, and more details will be released as they become available.
