In San Diego, CA, a motorcyclist suffered significant injuries due to a hit-and-run incident on Market Street in the Mount Hope area. When paramedics eventually arrived, they took the motorcyclist to a hospital. Emergency personnel found that he had sustained significant brain damage along with a broken pelvis.
