La Mesa, CA (August 27, 2025) – On Wednesday morning, emergency teams from La Mesa Fire and Rescue were called to respond to a two-car accident that caused multiple injuries. The event took place around 8:36 in the morning. At 4654 Avocado Blvd, a silver Jeep and a red Ford Explorer were involved in a crash, which left both vehicles obstructing the intersection. Paramedics arrived soon after the accident to assist the injured individuals. Although the precise count of injured persons remains unverified, officials have stated that several individuals have suffered injuries that necessitate medical assessment. A tow service was summoned to the location, and both cars were ultimately removed from the road, enabling traffic to start moving again around 9:00 a.m. Initial information from the California Highway Patrol incident logs indicates that the accident caused considerable disruption at the location because of the arrangement of the vehicles and the requirement for emergency assistance.
