On November 2, 2025, in Long Beach, CA, a man was hurt in a car accident at the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and 3rd Street in downtown Long Beach, as reported by the Long Beach Police Dispatch. The incident took place around 11:00 p.m. This led to the individual experiencing blood loss from the right side of their head. Emergency responders arrived at the location and verified that the man was alert and breathing but needed medical care. Paramedics delivered immediate care at the scene before getting the victim ready for transfer to a nearby hospital for additional treatment. Westbound 3rd Street at Atlantic Avenue was closed due to the accident, resulting in temporary traffic delays in the area while authorities managed the scene and helped those affected. Information regarding the number of vehicles involved or the cause of the crash has not been released yet. The Long Beach Police Department is currently looking into the incident to find out what happened. We are thinking of the injured man and hope he has a quick and complete recovery.
